About Us:
Join our dynamic team in the Nanya!

We're currently seeking a Barista to work across a 7-day roster within the Nanya Bar breakfast team. At Hotel Renmark, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and Serve Beverages: Brew and serve various coffee and tea beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, adhering to company standards.

  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions about the menu, and help them choose products based on their preferences.

  • Cash Handling: Accurately take orders and handle payments, maintaining a balanced cash register.

  • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the work area, equipment, and café clean and organized, including coffee machines, counters, tables, and floors.

  • Inventory and Supplies: Assist with inventory management and report low stock or equipment issues.

  • Team Collaboration: Work with other team members to ensure smooth operations, a welcoming environment, and efficient service.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred.

  • Knowledge of Coffee: Basic knowledge of coffee preparation methods and equipment; willing to learn advanced skills.

  • Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Time Management: Ability to handle multiple orders and tasks in a fast-paced setting.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods comfortably.
